An innovative consumer intelligence platform needed a way to communicate their value proposition to prospective clients. They turned to me to help hone the messaging around key benefits and to create concise yet compelling copy for their website. Based on a thorough customer needs analysis, I put together website wireframes that checked the boxes on all communication goals and got to work writing site copy that clearly conveyed brand identity, platform functionality, and end-user benefits.
