Content Design
Industry: Food & Beverage
How’s this for a content design conundrum? A specialty meal delivery service needed to create an ordering interface that clearly pathed users based on an intersecting matrix of dietary needs, taste preferences, and insurance plan qualifications — all while keeping in mind that its target users spanned multiple groups with wildly divergent levels of digital literacy.
Working with a UX researcher and a CRO specialist, I audited the meal plan’s existing process for pain points and created a seamless flow that guided users to check-out across a series of intuitive inputs. Revision toggles along the way allowed users to change their selections without losing momentum, pop up features provided an optional pathway to deeper detail without sacrificing the cleanliness of the primary path, and consistent labeling and iconography allowed for multi-faceted filtering throughout the process.
