In my nearly fifteen years in the business, I’ve had the incredible luck of working in some seriously smart digital agencies and launching several innovative adtech platforms.
I’ve also had the even more incredible luck of being allowed to define ‘content’ in pretty much the broadest terms possible. Holistic content visioning, website copy, UX writing, social media strategy, social media content creation, blog development, newsletter development, email marketing, influencer recruitment and briefing, ad copy creation, UGC program roll-outs, trades how and conference strategy, paid media campaigns — I’ve done it all and I’ve probably done it for a brand in your vertical.
In my most recent full-time role, I served as Creative Director of Branded Content at an NYC-based digital marketing agency. The role’s purview included leading the Social Media Management and Content Marketing teams, as well as serving as copy lead on brand-forward UX work. My teams brought home numerous marketing accolades, including a gold Davey Award for Best Social Media Community Building and a Search Engine Land Award for Best Enterprise SEO Content Campaign.
Since leaving the agency world, I have consulted for fast food giants, eco-conscious start-ups, Web3 visionaries, and more.
I relax by making color-coded, multi-tab spreadsheets. I process by having dramatic internal monologues. I spend my weekends officiating weddings. I can go into an hour long spiel on the cultural significance of every single meme in existence.
